Tim McGraw enjoyed the European sunshine alongside his wife Faith Hill while he recuperates from recent surgery.
On Tuesday, July 1, McGraw, 58, posted an Instagram photo of himself sitting next to Hill, 57, showcasing a cane he was holding with both hands. He captioned the post, “Hangin with my baby in Copenhagen to see @audreymcgraw on tour with the fabulous @brandicarlile.” (Tim and Hill are parents to three daughters: Gracie, 28, Maggie, 26, and Audrey, 23.)
This photo came after Tim disclosed during a radio interview on May 24 for 95.5 The Bull’s Bobby Bones Show that he had undergone “three back surgeries” and a double knee replacement “in the last six to eight months.”
In the Instagram picture, Hill, who has been married to Tim since October 1996, was seen with her hand resting on his shoulder as she leaned her head against him. The couple seemed to be relishing their getaway, seated at an outdoor dining table in the Danish city, with a half-finished cocktail in front of Hill.

The news about Tim’s surgeries first emerged in January when he withdrew from a planned Netflix series where he was set to star and executive produce, which was centered around bull riding. Deadline reported that Tim had to step back due to a tour-related injury that necessitated orthopedic surgery in August 2024.
This surgery led to the additional back surgeries that Tim confirmed during his radio interview in May.
Tim’s ongoing health challenges also resulted in the cancellation of his 2024 concert dates, and more recently, he had to cancel a scheduled performance at the Professional Bull Riders’ Last Cowboy Standing event in Fort Collins, Colorado, in July. An Instagram statement from the event’s organizers last month announced that Cross Canadian Ragweed “will step in for Tim McGraw as he recovers from back surgery.”
