Larry June and Cardo Got Wings have come together once again for a new project, featuring Bay Area icon E-40 on their latest track. The video for “Ya Feel Me” is simple yet sophisticated (much like June’s lyrical style), showcasing the two Californians exchanging relaxed verses with the Golden Gate Bridge looming in the background. E-40 enjoys a sip from his Earl Stevens Selections wine, while Good Job Larry opts for a glass of his go-to drink, orange juice. Together, like the components of a mimosa, they create a delightful mix.
Mr. June has had quite a hectic year so far, collaborating with The Alchemist and 2 Chainz to drop Life Is Beautiful, which they promoted with tracks like “Bad Choices,” “Munyon Canyon,” “Colossal,” and the title song. Larry also took the stage at the BET Awards alongside rising stars such as Gelo, GloRilla, and Playboi Carti.
On the other hand, E-40 has been busy with several notable performances, including appearances at The Roots’ Hollywood Bowl “Class Of ’95” event and the NBA’s All-Star Weekend, where he participated in a medley celebrating the Bay Area alongside Too Short, Saweetie, and En Vogue.
