In the latest development of the legal proceedings, Us Weekly reported on Wednesday, July 23, that content creator and YouTuber Kassidy O’Connell is responding after Lively, 37, and her legal team purportedly issued improper subpoenas to Google regarding O’Connell, and she plans to seek sanctions in this high-profile court case, according to documents obtained by Us at that time.
Additionally, in a separate legal document, Us disclosed that Justin’s attorneys asserted that a series of alleged subpoenas from Lively’s team were dispatched to various content creators. A representative for Lively responded to the news by stating, “Subpoenas are not accusations of wrongdoing. They are instruments for collecting admissible evidence in federal court. There is no attempt to silence content creators; they are clearly expressing their opinions.
