Cardi B and Offset’s daughter Kulture has seemingly reached the age where she is truly enthusiastic about Hello Kitty. The seven-year-old celebrated with another lavish birthday party over the weekend, this time themed around the beloved Japanese character (who, technically speaking, is NOT a cat?). As is customary, Cardi and Offset went all out with the decorations, as showcased in Cardi’s most recent Instagram post, featuring a pastel balloon arch, a cake adorned with Sanrio characters such as Keroppi and My Melody, and a trip to Disneyland — which, while not related to Sanrio, is still an excellent way to commemorate a birthday, regardless of age.

Kulture’s extravagant birthday celebrations have become somewhat of a tradition within the rap community, as Cardi reportedly spent a fortune on her first birthday celebration and has only increased the extravagance since then. For her third birthday, the young girl received a six-figure watch as a gift, enjoyed a mermaid-themed fourth birthday that culminated in an awe-inspiring encounter with the real-life Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey, and went all out for a Mario Kart-themed fifth birthday.

Perhaps the lavish spending will decrease now that Cardi has welcomed a third child, Blossom Belle, as it seems unlikely that this level of expenditure can be maintained three times a year. Conversely, it is possible that this is what finally prompted Cardi to announce her second album, Am I The Drama?, which should help generate revenue for a few more birthdays at the very least.
